If you receive a product that has an issue, please contact us via email within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. When submitting your request, include your order number and the email address used during checkout.
To help us review your request faster, please provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, printing issue, or any significant difference between the product received and the product displayed on our website.
After our team reviews the case, we will either send you a replacement product based on your request or issue a refund. In these cases, you are not required to return the defective product.
If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days.
Please note that the refunded amount only covers the product price. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Delays or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again to confirm the refund has not been posted.
- Then contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take additional time to appear.
- You may also need to contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed. After this 12-hour window, we are unable to cancel the order because it may already be in the processing stage to ensure fast delivery.
Please be aware that once a tracking number has been assigned and the order has been shipped, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.
