To help us review your case quickly, please attach clear photos or videos that show the defect, printing issue, or any major difference between the received item and the product advertised on our website.
Once our support team verifies the issue, we will offer either a replacement product according to your preference or a refund. In such cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.
If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that the refunded amount only covers the product price. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed. After this period, we are unable to cancel the order because it may already be in the processing stage to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation and refunds will no longer be available. Please consider this carefully before completing your purchase.
